WORKING AREAS

Luisa is a consultant at MSEG’s Social Development Sector. She works on helping governments, organizations and communities to co-develop innovative social solutions to response their particular needs.
Luisa has advised public and private social development organizations to conduct social research and develop projects and policy frameworks on human rights, indigenous governance and social justice in Latin America.
Within MSEG, she contributes to our knowledge development and has led the design and development of training tools to build and increase rural community’s capacity including our model for rural and remote community needs assessment applicable on diverse social, economic, political and environmental context. She incentives innovation by designing and integrating gender-based social development systems.
She is passionate about promoting social equity within policy dialogue, strategic debate and programme development across a range of MSEG’s sectors.
