Brings extensive experience in serving public institutions in Latin-American countries, with particular focus on oil and gas and capital project delivery; leads the MSEG’s fossil fuels and mining work for building a better society by creating transformation and advance of the energy sector.

WORKING AREAS

Martha is a consultant at MSEG’s energy sector. She advices governments, communities, jurisdictions, investors, and leading technology and distributed-energy resources providers to develop and implement oil & gas regulatory and policy frameworks in the Latin America and Caribbean region (LAC). She also provides technical support to build and increase vulnerable community’s capacity for sustainable and environment friendly energy systems.
Within MSEG, she helps lead our Oil & Gas and Mining Practices in Latin - America. Within these practices, she leads diverse projects for international public and private sector organizations, including energy companies, start-ups, and government institutions.
She is enthusiastic about promoting transition and sustainable energy use for developing countries in the LAC region. Martha also has extensive experience in technical regulatory, strategic plans, programs and projects evaluation.
